2 Ounces Martel VSOP Cognac
Splash of smith and cross Jamaica Rum
.75 Ounces Simple Syrup
4-5 Mint leaves
2 Tender mint sprigs for garnish
Directions
- In the bottom of a julep cup or serving glass, add the mint leaves and simple syrup and gently bruise the mint leaves.
- Add the cognac and filled with crushed ice. swirl the drink with a barspoon until the outside of the cup frosts.
- Top up the ice and splash the rum on top.
- Garnish generously with mint sprig.
