1 Ounce Rum: Myers’s dark rum
.50 Ounces Galliano
1 Ounces Angostura White Oak Rum
1.50 Ounces Pineapple juice
.75 Ounces Lime Juice
1.5 Ounces Orange juice
Dash of Angostura Bitters
1.50 Ounces Sweetened Passion juice puree
Directions
- Shake all the ingredients (except the garnishes and simple syrup) with ice and strain into a hurricane glass filled with cracked ice.
- Garnish with the fruits and pineapple leaf.
- Adjust the sweetness, if needed, with simple syrup.
