Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Cruzan aged rum

  • 1.50 ounces Appleton Estate Reserve Blend Jamaica Rum

  • 1 ounce Lemon Hart 151 proof Demerara Rum

  • 1 ounce Joseph Cartron Curacao Orange

  • .50 ounces John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum

  • .75 ounces Lime juice

  • .50 ounces Don’s Mix

  • .25 ounces Grenadine, Homemade or Store-bought

  • 2 Dashes of Angostura bitters

  • 1 Dash of Absinthe

  • Half cup Cracked Ice

  • 1 Sprig of fresh mint for garnish

Directions

  • Assemble all the ingredients (except the garnish) in a blender and blend for 7 seconds.
  • Pour into a chimney glass and garnish with the mint sprig.

  • To make Don’s Mix, dissolve 1 part cinnamon sugar into 2 parts white grapefruit juice.
