  • 2.50 Ounces Bluecoat American Dry Gin

  • .50 Ounces Preserved lime juice, preferably Rose’s or Angostura

  • Lime wedge

Directions

  • Pour Gin and lime juice into a shaker.
  • Shake well with ice.
  • Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
