1.50 Ounces Bacardi Reserva Ocho rum
.75 Ounces Offley Porto 10-year Tawny Port or Sandemen Rainwater Madeira
.50 Ounces Simple syrup
1 Ounces Unsweetened pineapple juice
.75 Ounces Emulsified whole egg
Grated orange zest garnish
Directions
- Shake all the ingredients (except the garnish) well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish by sprinkling orange zest over the top of the drink.
