What is the Psycho Killer?

In this cocktail, Redbreast Irish Whiskey, which has notes of dry fruit, banana, and baking spices, is complemented by cacao and banana liqueur. Absinthe is the last touch to tie everything together and contrast the sweeter and fruited flavors.

History of Psycho killer Cocktail

This drink was inspired by the Boulevardier cocktail with Redbreast 12 Irish Whiskey at the base instead of rye whisky. This drink won the world’s best cocktail menu from tales of the cocktail in 2015.

The name is still a mystery to us, but I think it has something to do with the rabbit character in the dead rabbit’s menus.
