.75 Ounces Light Rum
.75 Ounces Anejo Rum
.75 Ounces Dark Rum
.75 Ounces Clement Mahina Coco Liqueur
.75 Ounces Tempus Fugit Creme de Banane Liqueur
2 Ounces Orange Juice
2 Ounces Pineapple Juice
.20 Tsp Grenadine homemade or store bought
1 Dash of Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Aromatic Bitters
Bordeaux Cherry for Garnish
Pineapple Slice and Pineapple Leaf for Garnish
Orange Slice for Garnish
Directions
- Shake all the ingredients (except the garnishes) with ice and strain into a Boca Grande or other specialty glass.
- Garnish with the cherry, pineapple slice and leaf, and orange slice.
