1.50 Ounces Courvoisier Millennium 2000 Cognac
1 Ounce Pineapple juice
1 Ounce Jospeh Cartron Curacao Orange
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Flamed orange zest coin for garnish
Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Directions
- Shake all ingredients (except the garnishes) with ice to raise an attractive pineapple foam.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the flamed orange zest coin and a dusting of nutmeg.
