1.50 oz Barsol Primero Quebranta Pisco
1.50 oz Blueberry shrub
.50 oz Lime juice
.75 oz Emulsified egg white
Angostura bitters
Directions
- Shake all of the ingredients (except the bitters) with ice well to fully emulsify the egg
- Strain into a small cocktail glass
- Place several drops of the bitters on top of the foam.
