A Gimlet is a tart, somewhat sour, gin-based-cocktail. It’s made with Gin, lemon juice, and garnished with a lime wedge.

Ingredients

2.50 Ounces Bluecoat American Dry Gin
.50 Ounces Preserved lime juice, preferably Rose’s or Angostura
Lime wedge

Directions

Pour Gin and lime juice into a shaker.
Shake well with ice.
Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
