Mark Twain and alcohol.
Mark Twain, the famous American author and humorist, was known to be fond of alcohol. He enjoyed drinking whiskey and brandy, and often wrote about alcohol in his works, including his most famous novel, “Adventures of Huckleberry Finn”. Twain also had a keen interest in mixing cocktails and experimenting with different ingredients, and he is said to have created his own signature cocktail called “The Smoking Bishop”, which was a warm mulled wine made with spices and port. Twain’s love of drinking and his association with cocktails have contributed to the naming of the “Mark Twain” cocktail
