3 Orange wheels, plus more for garnish
3 Lemon Wheels, plus more for garnish
1 (750 ml) bottle of dry Spanish red wine or your favorite, well chilled
3 ounces Marie Brizard orange curacao
2 ounces Fresh lemon juice
2 ounces Fresh simple syrup
3 ounces White grape juice
3 ounces Fresh orange juice
3 ounces Club soda
7-8 Green grapes (see note for garnish)
Directions
- Place the orange and lemon in the bottom of a large glass pitcher.
- Using a long wooden spoon or muddler, gently press the fruit to release some juice and some oil from the zest; leave the fruit in the pitcher.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Serve over ice in wine glasses.
- Garnish with additional orange and lemon wheels, cut in half to fit easily in the glassware, and the green grapes.
