1.50 Ounces Rutte Gin
.50 Ounce Blue Curacao
.25 Ounce St. Germain Elder Flower Liqueur
.75 Ounce Lime Acid
Flamed orange zest coin for garnish
Tiki Bird tchotchke, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients (except the garnishes) in a shaker.
- Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Flame the orange zest coin over the glass.
- Perch the Tiki Bird on the rim of the glass, if desired.
