1.50 Ounce Brandy
1 Ounce Rainwater Madeira
1 Teaspoon Raspberry syrup, such as Monin raspberry syrup
1.50 Ounce Whole milk
.75 Ounce Emulsified whole egg
Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients (except the garnish) in a shaker and add ice.
- Shake very well to completely integrate the egg.
- Strain into a chilled large coupe glass.
- Dust with the nutmeg.
